Scott is a former senior management consultant with Price Waterhouse's Office of Government Services in Washington, DC. Scott's major client is a mid-size muti-national humanitarian organization (NGO) where he has been engaged to supervise more than 100+ expatriate staff working in more than a dozen projects throughout Central Asia and the Middle East. In addition, Scott is active as a leadership coach, training facilitator, and conflict-mediation consultant.

As a consultant and senior instructional designer he has worked with various organizations to design performance improvement programs. More recently as a Director of Product Development & Training, he has developed organizational, competency, and multi-rater assessments for organizations and consulting groups such as Halliburton, Dell Computer, Johnson Controls, and the Hay Group.

Pamela provides companies with tools and resources to identify gaps in workforce skills/knowledge that impact performance and create professional development opportunities that address accountability and measurability.
As an experienced instructional designer and facilitator, Pamela has executed company-wide programs in the areas of management coaching, employee mentoring, career/succession planning, leadership skills, teambuilding, and cross-cultural awareness. Her experience in building human capacity within organizations both in the United States and Canada also includes establishing internal and external partnerships to support the long-term sustainability of individual and organization-wide skill development.

Eric is an active consultant working with individuals to improve their small business operations. These consulting activities have required facility in micro and small business development as well as management consulting. He is experienced leading team-based efforts to build small businesses. Within the various team environments he has fulfilled roles including project management, office director and chief executive officer across a variety of sectors.
Since 1993, Eric has been working in Istanbul, Turkey. Within this international business context, Eric has developed a multi-cultural understanding toward business and leadership.
