Pamela Dokis is a workforce development consultant, dedicated to supporting organizations enhance operational efficiencies through the strategic alignment of employee performance with overall business objectives. As an experienced instructional designer and facilitator, Pamela has executed company-wide programs in the areas of management coaching, employee mentoring, career/succession planning, leadership skills, teambuilding, and cross-cultural awareness. Her experience in building human capacity within organizations both in the United States and Canada also includes establishing internal and external partnerships to support the long-term sustainability of individual and organization-wide skill development.
