Our workshops are designed so that real work processes and issues provide the basis for training. This has a two-fold purpose: First, while participants are learning, they are solving the actual problems they have been confronted with in their work; Secondly, it removes the artificial barrier of the typical training environment and more closely mirrors the "real world" where people must perform.
